Terms of Service — PDF AcroForm Editor

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PDF AcroForm Editor website and browser application (collectively, the “Service”) operated by SyneticSoft SRL (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Description of the service
PDF AcroForm Editor is a browser-based tool for visually editing PDF AcroForm fields. The current version runs entirely in your browser. We do not upload, process, or store your PDF files or project files on our servers.
An optional Cloud Studio tier offers account-based features such as cloud storage, sync, and collaboration. Cloud Studio is governed by additional terms presented at sign-up.
User responsibilities
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for:
- The PDF files and content you upload, edit, and export.
- Ensuring you have the right to modify and distribute any PDF you process.
- Complying with applicable laws and regulations.
You may not use the Service to create, distribute, or process unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
Accounts and Cloud Studio
The current Service does not require an account. If you choose Cloud Studio, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and branding, is owned by SyneticSoft SRL and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your PDF files and project content.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SyneticSoft SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
Changes to the service and terms
We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
